Due to an increasing workload and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator / Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
This is a key position within the business, supporting project delivery and ensuring the smooth coordination of contracts from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion of contracts
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline workflow
Monitoring contract progress and reporting on key milestones and any arising issues
Assisting in the preparation, organisation, and management of contractual documentation
Supporting the project team with administrative tasks related to contract administration
Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements
Previous experience in an Administration role within Construction is desirable.
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
Solid understanding of contract administration processes
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
