We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator/Accounts/ HR to take ownership of our administration, payroll and accounts functions while supporting the Directors and Manager in the smooth running of the business.
This is a key position within the organisation, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working at the heart of operations.
What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day administration

Managing HR files, contracts, holidays and absence records

Preparing and coordinating monthly payroll

Maintaining accounts using Sage (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations)

Producing invoices, payment schedules and financial reports

Monitoring debtors and resolving account queries

Supporting onboarding and documentation processes

Supervising and allocating work to the Admin Assistant

Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries
What We’re Looking For

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Payroll and accounts experience (Sage preferred)

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Confident communicator with a proactive approach

Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
