The Opportunity
As a Team Administrator, you'll be the engine that keeps this specialist team running at peak performance. You'll provide essential administrative and organisational support - helping coordinate projects, communications, meetings, documents, and everything in between. Your work will directly enhance productivity and client delivery across the Planning, Valuation, and Rating functions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You'll take ownership of a wide range of tasks, including:
Providing seamless day‑to‑day administrative support
Managing diaries and arranging internal/external meetings
Organising travel (flights, trains, hotels)
Coordinating conference calls and Teams meetings
Processing new instructions and liaising with compliance, finance, and clients
Creating invoices and processing expenses
Managing purchase orders and monitoring disbursements
Handling printing, scanning, formatting, binding, and document production
Updating business development materials
Maintaining planning application schedules
Assisting with events planning
Supporting IT-related queries and ordering team equipment
Collaborating with admin colleagues across the wider division
Staying on top of internal updates and company-wide changes
