CCDO / CSCS Demolition Labourer – Commercial Project – Exeter
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CCDO / CSCS Demolition Labourer to join a busy commercial demolition project in Exeter. This is a great opportunity to secure 4 months of consistent work with competitive pay and potential overtime available.
Location
Exeter (commercial site)
Pay Rate
£16.50 – £18.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
07:30 – 17:00
Overtime available
Role & Responsibilities
Assisting with soft strip and demolition works
Site clearance and material sorting
Loading/unloading materials
Supporting skilled trades and machine operators
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Adhering to all health & safety regulations on site
✅ Requirements
Valid CCDO Card (Red or Green)
Valid CSCS Card
Previous demolition experience (essential)
Full PPE
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well within a team
Duration
Approx. 4 months, with potential for further opportunities for the right candidate.
