Central Recruitment are an employment agency recruiting for a large manufacturing company in Blackburn.
The role is a Warehouse Administrator.
Based in the warehouse, you will provide administrative support to the team
Duties will include:

Responsible for accuracy of Warehouse Administration

Generation and distribution of shipment picking lists to Warehouse Operatives

Maintaining internal systems (SAP)

Print and preparation of load lists

Co-ordination of despatches including liaising with drivers, checking of marshalled loads and actual loads versus loading lists

Data recording and administration of departed consignments (including signed paperwork’s) on SAP, Trello, and Microsoft Teams

Communicating arrival and departure of consignments with necessary stakeholders

Physical and systems processing of returned goods

Stock checks, cycle counts and stock corrections and movements

As required undertake Warehouse Operative duties (put away, picking, packing, loading) during busy/absence periods

Play an active role in the continuous improvement of the department
Candidates applying for the position must have previous experience in warehouse administration, have strong organisational and IT skills, including all Microsoft packages.
The role will include a high level of planning, organising and prioritising workload.
This is a full-time permanent position with a start required around the 23rd – 30th of March.
