Location: Darlington
Salary: £35,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday mornings on rota

This position offers the chance to play a key role in a busy Aftersales department, supporting day to day operations and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.

Role Overview - Assistant Service Manager
• Work closely with the Aftersales Manager to oversee both front- and back-of-house operations
• Conduct monthly evaluations and Health & Safety assessments
• Ensure all departmental KPIs are set, monitored, and achieved
Requirements - Assistant Service Manager
• Must have an extensive background across aftersales in the motor trade.
• Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle
• A full UK driving licence
