Sales Administrator responsibilities:

Process customer orders, update internal systems, and issue order confirmations

Handle customer correspondence via phone and email

Prepare and process export documentation

Communicate shipping details, ETAs, and updates to customers and internal teams

Support wider sales operations as needed

No cold calling or sales targets involved
Skills & experience required:

Previous experience in a sales administration role

Comfortable working in a busy office environment; manufacturing experience is an advantage

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail

Confident handling large volumes of data and inputting information

Experience with Sage 50 or SAP is desirable
