The purpose of this role is to manage and control transfers, and stock reconciliation across our 3PL providers, and Distribution Centres, ensuring accurate stock movement, visibility, and system integrity.
You must have good communication and IT skills to be able to interact confidently with both Internal and external Teams.
Responsibilities Include:
● Raise stock transfer orders to our Distribution Centres (DCs)
● Stock Reconciliation
● Monitor automatically raised Direct To Store orders
● Raise pallet orders to our Retail stores
● Work with our 3PL providers Inventory Team and Outbound Team
● Support the 3PL team in other roles
Key Requirements:
● Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar role
● Good understanding of supply chain procedures
● Working knowledge of inventory management software
● Excellent computer literacy including GMail
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
● Able to make rational decisions on job specific role
● Understands the importance of team working and supporting others
