Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are seeking experienced Assembly Operatives to join a fast-paced production team. Previous experience in assembly, production, or metalworking is essential – this role is not suitable for complete beginners.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble small fixtures and fittings onto products with precision and care
Follow technical instructions, drawings, and production schedules
Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to shape and form components
Maintain high-quality standards through attention to detail
Ensure compliance with production and safety requirements

Proven experience in assembly, production, or metalworking environments is essential
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills
Willingness to learn and take on career progression opportunities
