We’re looking for a motivated Customer Sales Advisor to join our busy store team - the operational heart of our business. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, driving sales, and ensuring our store consistently operates to the highest standards.

Customer Sales Advisor - What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will:

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service both face-to-face and over the phone

Identify sales opportunities and maximise every enquiry to help achieve store targets

Advise customers on available services, tailoring solutions to their individual needs

Contribute to the achievement of weekly, monthly and annual financial targets

Complete administrative tasks accurately in line with company procedures

Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures

Support debt management processes and help minimise bad debt

Take on key holder responsibilities during lone working or in the absence of management

Assist with day-to-day store operations and ad hoc duties as required
