We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Support individuals with mobility and transfers as needed.

Help implement and monitor care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities and any changes in residents' conditions.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.

Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
Experience

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.

A good understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is beneficial.

Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with residents and colleagues.

Basic IT skills are advantageous for maintaining records and documentation.
