Administrator (part-time)
We are working with a privately owned, growing company on the lookout for a part-time Administrator to join their offices in Shipston-on-Stour. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a customer focused approach, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities:

Handling sales calls and processing orders taken over the phone

Processing online orders
-
Customer Support: answering questions relating to orders already in progress

Applying badges onto clothing, using heat press
-
Communicating with the Warehouse Manager to advise of orders ready for processing

Taking payment for orders
-
Processing returns from customers
-
Maintaining CRM database
-
General office administration
-
Preparing for and attending the industry's three-day tradeshow each year
-
Advising customers on product selection, and troubleshooting issues over the phone (when fully trained on product range)

Ordering stock
As such we would like you to have/be:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional telephone manner

Computer literate
-
Positive attitude, energetic approach to work

Team player
-
Full UK Driving Licence
-
Sales or customer service experience (advantageous not essential)

Knowledge of SAP Business One (advantageous not essential)
