We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented CRM / Business Development Executive to support our clients global Business Development team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of our CRM system, managing customer quotation follow‑ups, and conducting research across worldwide markets, customers, and projects. The ideal candidate is organised, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, internationally focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company CRM with accurate customer, project, and opportunity data.

Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing, cleaning, and validating information.

Support the Business Development team by generating reports, dashboards, and insights from CRM data.

Monitor pipeline activity and flag overdue tasks, follow‑ups, and quotation statuses.

Track customer quotations and proactively chase updates to ensure timely responses.

Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for quotation updates or clarifications.

Record customer feedback, outcomes, and next steps within the CRM.

Conduct research on global markets, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Identify potential customers, partners, and project opportunities across worldwide regions.

Prepare concise research summaries and briefings for the Business Development team.

Support the development of market-entry strategies and customer outreach plans.

Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and customer materials.

Coordinate communication between internal departments and the Business Development team.

Support the organisation of meetings, calls, and follow‑up actions with customers and prospects.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and tools.
Skills & Experience:

Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) is highly desirable.
