A prestigious high-end residential property company based in Brompton Road is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join their Central London team. This role involves maintaining luxury residential properties to an exceptional standard, ensuring residents receive a first-class service.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Carry out general property maintenance across residential buildings

Perform carpentry, tiling, and fabric repairs

Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locking systems

Undertake basic plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, toilets, pipework)

Source materials from local suppliers as required

Supervise contractors on site when necessary

Maintain high standards of presentation within luxury properties

Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
🧰 Knowledge & Skills Required

Proven experience in a similar maintenance or property role

Strong practical skills using hand and power tools

Expertise in one or more building trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling)
