We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Administrator to support a major project.
You’ll be part of a well-established Health & Safety team, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role:
This is a key support position, helping the H&S team maintain high standards across a long-term programme of works.
Responsibilities include:

Maintaining health & safety documentation and records

Supporting accident and incident reporting processes

Collating and tracking audit and inspection findings
-
Monitoring training records and competency matrices
-
Assisting with preparation of reports and safety statistics

Supporting document control for policies, procedures, and Safe Systems of Work

Coordinating meetings, briefings, and communications
-
Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date and accessible
About You:
We are looking for someone organised, proactive, and detail-oriented who enjoys working in a structured environment.
Essential:

Previous administrative experience (ideally within construction, rail, engineering, or compliance environments)

Strong organisational and document control skills

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills
Desirable:

Previous experience supporting a Health & Safety team

Knowledge of compliance documentation or audit processes

Experience in fast-paced operational or project environments
