Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, working flexibly to meet their needs, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment, utilising your strong Moving & Handling skills, and practical experience with hoists, slide sheets, and other aids to ensure the well-being of our clients.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have previous hands-on care experience, a driving licence is preferred to reach clients across Abingdon and surrounding areas, flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required, and a caring, patient, and professional approach to delivering high-quality care and support services.
