Based in Chessington
£25,510 per annum
Bonus structure circa £1,000 per year
Overtime readily available – paid at time and a half (POTENTIAL TO EARN OVER £35k)
35-hour week (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00)
1-hour lunch break

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing & Warehouse Operative to join a very well-established company that is part of a larger group, offering long-term stability and career security.
The Role
This is a hands-on position within a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment, involving:

Operating narrow band saws
-
Working with rock fibre insulation materials
-
General machine operating
-
Picking and packing orders
-
FLT (Forklift Truck) operation
About You
This role would ideally suit someone who:

Has experience in the construction industry

Is comfortable in a physical, manual role

Has experience operating machinery or working in a warehouse
-
Holds an Fork Lift Truck licence (advantageous but not essential)
-
Is reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
