The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support the clinical team in delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care to patients. You will play a key role in ensuring patients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clinicians with patient care and clinical procedures

Prepare clinical rooms and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use

Monitor and record patient observations accurately

Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during, and after treatments

Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinic policies

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and infection control are upheld

Support with stock control and ordering of clinical supplies

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Clinical Support Worker

Experience within a private healthcare or medical setting is desirable

Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care) is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
