Sales Administrator – Westbury
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week on rota (09:00 – 17:30)
Contract: Permanent
Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and efficient Sales Administrator to join an award-winning team in Westbury. You'll work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth, accurate, and seamless sales process from start to finish. This role requires a meticulous, structured approach to vehicle sales administration and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with all administrative aspects of the sales process.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation.
Use relevant systems to manage and track sales transactions.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders via email, telephone, and face to face.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Work collaboratively as part of a busy and professional team.
What You'll Need
Practical experience in a sales administration environment.
Fantastic communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face.
Strong administrative knowledge and attention to detail.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
A brilliant team player with a proactive attitude.
Experience using Keyloop/Kerridge or similar dealership management systems could be advantageous
