Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Watford
Hours: Monday–Friday
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
I’m working with a well-established organisation that is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support their busy, fast-moving operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, keeping things running smoothly, and motivating a small team day to day.
The Role:
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure an efficient workflow

Leading, guiding and supporting a small warehouse team

Allocating tasks, monitoring performance and ensuring all duties are completed

Managing goods-in and goods-out processes

Supporting stock control, inventory checks and general organisation of the warehouse

Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed and standards are maintained

Assisting with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when required

Communicating with other internal departments to keep operations running effectively
About You:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
-
Strong organisational skills with a hands-on and proactive approach

Good communication and the ability to motivate others

Reliable, committed and able to work well under pressure
