Streetlighting Operative
Location: Uxbridge, Hillingdon
Pay: £13–£16 per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking motivated Streetlighting Operatives to join our team. This role involves working on a variety of surfaces, assisting with road reinstatement, and carrying out street lighting installation.
A valid driving licence is essential, and experience in street lighting, civils, or related industries is preferred but not essential

Ideal Candidate

Holds a valid Driving Licence with at least 1 year of driving experience

Experience in road raking for asphalt paving/surfacing (preferred)

Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn

Comfortable performing labouring and civils tasks
Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and maintenance of street lighting

Carry out road reinstatement tasks on various surface types

Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
