Immediate Start – We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established and growing client based in Littleport, who is seeking a Production Operative to join their team.
Working Hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 – 00:00
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual seeking a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment. Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weighing and measuring powdered materials

Setting up and operating production machinery

Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Assembling components using hand and power tools

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Working efficiently to meet production targets
Requirements:

A positive and proactive attitude towards work and colleagues

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Previous manufacturing or production experience (desirable)

Experience using hand and power tools

Experience operating machinery

Strong attention to detail, particularly when measuring materials

Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding tasks
