We're supporting a growing civil engineering contractor with a strong regional presence who are looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team near Ipswich.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on live infrastructure and groundworks projects while working alongside experienced Senior QSs.
The Role
Assist with cost reporting, valuations and change management
Support subcontract procurement and package management
Help with measurement, take-offs and forecasting
Learn NEC contract administration in a live project environment
About You
1-3 years' experience in a QS/AQS role or strong placement year background
Exposure to civil engineering or groundworks projects
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
Studying towards or qualified with a QS / Construction-related degree or HND
