Temporary Administration Coordinator (3 months - Ongoing)
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
We are currently seeking a Temporary Administration Coordinator to join our client on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
Updating internal systems accurately
Providing excellent customer service
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
Preparing quotes and supporting documentation
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication skills.
