As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring cash flows efficiently through a busy and structured finance function. This role will suit someone who thrives on accuracy, routine, and problem solving.
This 6 month assignment offers variety across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, giving you the chance to broaden your finance experience within a supportive and process driven environment.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the collection of cash from customers as credit controller for the business
Posting supplier invoices and handling supplier administration
Maintaining the cashbook with accurate and timely entries
Preparing and submitting supplier payment runs with the Reporting Business Partner
Supporting general finance duties such as petty cash and records archiving
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, your experience will include:
Previous experience within AR, AP or broader finance support
Posting receipts and payments within the general ledger
Handling supplier and internal business queries
A team oriented, positive, and structured working style
Experience using IFS software is desirable
