By acting as a key link between teams, customers and management, the role is essential to the efficiency, safety and overall success of the service.
What you’ll be doing
Manage key administrative tasks, including depot and site inspections, ordering goods, and reporting incidents.
Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling for operational teams, ensuring routes are followed and proposing efficient alternatives.
Attend customer and site meetings with the Regional Contracts Manager and support the preparation of quotations for ad‑hoc works.
Conduct safety inspections across sites, vehicles and equipment to help protect staff, customers and the public.
Liaise with customers and operational teams to resolve issues and record progress within the CRM system.
Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, including CRM, asset management and works management tools.
Support the development and performance management of operational staff, including arranging training and monitoring KPIs.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of internal events such as toolbox talks, stakeholder visits and supplier audits.
Implement company health and safety policies, ensuring safe working practices and reporting incidents or near misses.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience and knowledge of grounds maintenance and soft landscaping.
Strong leadership ability with clear supervisory skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
A formal HSEQ qualification is desirable but not essential.
A well organised individual in time management, prioritising and service delivery.
