Customer Care Administrator– Permanent – Wirral - £28k - Hybrid Working
Forrest Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator who has experience working in a fast-paced, people focused environment.
You will be working as part of a small, friendly, enthusiastic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner

Taking bookings and managing provisional reservations

Raising and managing customer invoices and responding to invoice requests

Taking payments and following up outstanding balances
-
Progressing customer enquiries and opportunities through a CRM system
-
Providing administration support and maintaining accurate records
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, have a confident and professional telephone manner and be a team player. Must be computer literate, with good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages, including Excel.
