We are looking for someone to provide a professional labouring service delivering an excellent customer experience. Adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures, you’ll deliver a fantastic repairs service by ensuring our homes are well maintained for customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for
· Carrying out all aspects of labouring works on our customers’ homes
· Assisting trades teams in all duties of repairs to customers’ homes
· Providing an excellent customer experience
· Leaving customers’ homes clean and safe, disposing of any waste in line with our company policy.
· Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes.
· Ordering parts, materials or follow up work as required
· Carrying out safety checks of tools, plant and equipment
We need someone who has:
· Sound building and construction knowledge
· Experience working within a similar role
· General building maintenance repair knowledge
· Experience undertaking/assisting with repair work and associated multitasking activities inside and externally on customers’ homes
· Experience undertaking general labouring duties (roofing/ground working)
· Full valid driving licence
· Basic DBS
· PASMA/IPAF/TETRA Qualifications and a CSCS Card are desirable
