Marketing Administrator – Poole (Hybrid Available after 6 months)
Our client is a privately owned, B2B consumer goods group based on the South Coast, delivering a portfolio of bespoke manufactured products and fast-moving personal care items across major online marketplaces. With in-house product development, UK manufacturing, and a strong e-commerce function, the business brings products from concept to market quickly and efficiently.
They are now seeking a detail-focused Marketing Administrator to support the wider marketing team with administration, analysis, and project coordination to drive sales performance, product optimisation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As Marketing Administrator, you will:

Update and optimise product listings, copy, pricing, and merchandising across company websites, ensuring accuracy and correct categorisation

Resolve queries and issues through the internal ticketing system in a timely manner

Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns in line with management briefs

Analyse website and advertising performance data, providing insights and reports to management

Conduct competitor and market research, presenting findings and recommendations

Maintain and administer key business databases, including product, website, and customer information

Assist with monthly commercial reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis

Evaluate trading activity effectiveness and provide reporting as required

Provide additional support to the Customer Experience team on alternative advertising initiatives when needed
Key Requirements

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reports

Understanding of marketing principles and e-commerce environments

Proficient IT skills, including Excel and database systems (desirable)

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related subject (preferred)
