Site Administrator – Construction Project
Avonmouth, Bristol
Start Date: April 2026
Contract: Temporary Position, approx. 12 Months
Rate: Negotiable Hourly Rate, weekly Pay
We are currently working with a construction contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a long-term project based in Avonmouth, Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a busy construction site, supporting the project team with day-to-day administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing full administrative support to the Site Manager and project team

Managing site documentation, reports and filing systems

Updating spreadsheets and internal systems

Handling timesheets, inductions and general site paperwork

Liaising with subcontractors and head office
Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Site Administrator on construction projects

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
