We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to provide exceptional front-of-house support in North Berwick. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Tuesday to Friday start time upto 11am and finishing at 5pm.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and warm reception experience.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is well-organised.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
Support other departments with general office duties when necessary.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.Profile
A successful Part Time Receptionist should have:
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within professional services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

£24,000 salary (pro rata)
