Position Details:
Days: Monday to Friday
Duration: Approximately one month
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour
Hours: 8:45 AM - 4:45 PMWhat You'll Be Doing:
In this fast-paced role, you will be the voice of our organisation, connecting with customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors. Here's a glimpse of your key duties:
Engage with Customers: Communicate and build personal connections with customers through various methods.
Deliver Excellent Service: Provide a simply better service by resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders within set timescales to ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain Systems: Keep both manual and computerised systems up to date and organised.
Handle Returns: Process all returns accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Address sales queries and customer requests, referring them to the Sales Team when necessary.
Varied Tasks: Take on any additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager.
ISO Compliance: Ensure adherence to all ISO standards to maintain our quality of service.What We're Looking For:
Confidence on the phone and excellent customer service skills are essential!
Experience dealing with vulnerable adults is a plus, but not a requirement.
Familiarity with the SAP System is advantageous.
