The Role
As Customer Programme Manager, you will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. Acting as the main point of contact for selected customers, you'll manage programme plans, risks, milestones and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define programme scope, goals and deliverables
Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules and risk assessments
Lead customer programme teams to achieve delivery targets
Serve as the primary customer interface
Manage changes in scope, identify issues, and implement contingency plans
Ensure milestones are met with expected quality and budget adherence
About You
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or equivalent experience
Project/programme management experience across full lifecycle
Customer-facing experience and understanding of business development
Earned Value Management knowledge
Awareness of commercial, financial and contractual principles
Skills
Strong MS Office and project management tool proficiency
Risk management capability
Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
Effective leadership and team coordination
Commercial awareness
Personal Attributes
You'll be self‑driven, adaptable, and confident working both independently and within teams. The role may involve occasional travel, so flexibility is important.
