💷 £18 per hour PAYE | £23 per hour CIS (Temporary)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, covering Exeter, Tiverton and North Devon.
This role will focus primarily on Reactive Maintenance within residential properties.
The Role

Carrying out reactive maintenance works in occupied properties

Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
-
Delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades
-
Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety standards

Providing excellent customer service
Trade Bias
Candidates must be either:
-
Plumbing biased, or
-
Carpentry biased
You should be confident completing a range of associated multi-trade tasks alongside your core trade.
Requirements

Proven experience in reactive maintenance

Relevant trade qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)

Ability to work independently and manage workload

Full UK driving licence
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
