Key Responsibilities

Processing customer documentation accurately and efficiently

Managing internal system processes and maintaining accurate records

Diary chasing customers and insurers to ensure deadlines and renewals are met

Producing daily finance reports for management

Supporting and maintaining insurer accounts

Conducting monthly audits of documents and staff calls to support compliance standards

Handling general administration duties including correspondence and data management

Supporting directors with ad hoc administrative work and business projects when required
The Successful Candidate Will Have

Previous insurance experience (essential) or experience within a similar regulated industry
