About the Role
We are currently recruiting Residential Care Assistants to support a beautiful, newly refurbished residential care home in Broadstone, Poole.

We are happy to consider inexperienced applicants, as full training is available.
Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Care Assistant, your role will include:

Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times

Assisting with meals, hydration and nutrition
-
Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling
-
Providing companionship and emotional support
-
Recording care notes accurately (paper or digital)
-
Following care plans and reporting any concerns to senior staff

Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment
