As a Trainee Installation Operative, your experience will include:
A full UK driving licence (essential)
A willingness to travel and stay away up to four nights per week
An interest in outdoor, physical work
A reliable attitude and eagerness to learn
Previous labouring, construction or hands‑on outdoor experience is useful but not essential
