Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + benefits + discretionary bonus
About the Role
An established international investment banking firm is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within its Investment Banking division. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role supporting one Managing Director, one Director, and a team of six professionals.
The successful candidate will be a polished, corporate-facing professional with prior Financial Services experience and the confidence to operate in a demanding, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive diary management across multiple time zones

Coordinating complex meetings, investor/client calls, and internal discussions

Organising international travel arrangements, itineraries, and visa requirements

Preparing and formatting presentations, pitch materials, and documentation

Managing expenses and ensuring timely submission and reconciliation

Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients

Supporting team logistics for roadshows, conferences, and sector events

Assisting with onboarding processes and general team administration

Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Candidate Profile

Previous Executive Assistant experience within Financial Services (Investment Banking experience highly desirable)

Experience supporting senior executives (MD / Director level)

Impeccable presentation and communication skills
