Secretarial staff are responsible for assisting the Consultants and Administrators by providing the following secretarial and office services:
Job Description:

Distributing incoming mail to the appropriate recipient.

Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order.

Printing off standard database reports, both routinely, and upon request.
-
Storing and retrieving papers for Follow-Up ('Pinks').
-
Handling client phone calls in the absence of a Consultant/Administrator.

Undertaking other tasks at the consultant’s request to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Production of standard letters on the instructions of the consultant
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Previous office experience is essential
-
Good keyboard entry skills
-
Able to prioritise workload
-
Ability to use the company’s office software packages, MS Office

Based in Godalming

£25,000 - £27,000 basic salary

Study support provided Accountancy qualifications fully paid for.

Private Healthcare after probationary period

Some parking (first come first served)

Death in service x 4 basic salary

Contributory Pension scheme 5% employers’ contribution

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 Core hours 10-4 (Flexi time available upto 12 extra holiday days)

25 days holiday + bank holidays (3 must be kept back for Xmas)
