The Role
We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Key Account Sales Administrator to join the UK & Ireland Sales Division, based in Northwest London.
This pivotal role will focus on managing the administration of the company’s highest-priority Key Accounts. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring seamless communication, accurate order processing and exceptional customer service standards.
The role demands outstanding attention to detail, strong organisational capability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive sales administration support to designated Key Accounts

Manage quotations, order processing, pricing and documentation with accuracy

Coordinate closely with internal teams including sales, operations and logistics

Maintain and update CRM systems and reporting tools

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Support account managers with reporting, analysis and commercial documentation
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

A strong background in sales administration, ideally within the cable or electrical sector

Experience supporting the sale of physical products (not SaaS, subscriptions or renewals)

Exposure to supplying into data centres or renewables (advantageous)

Advanced organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems

Experience within electrical, industrial or B2B environments (highly advantageous)
