Hill McGlynn Recruitment are currently working with a well-established residential developer who is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager on a new build, high-end apartment scheme based in Camden.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for progression, with future projects already secured across London, providing a clear pathway for career growth as the business continues to expand.
The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will support the day-to-day management of the site, helping to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the management of on-site operations
Supporting supervision of subcontractors and trades
Monitoring quality, health & safety, and site standards
Assisting with programme delivery and coordination of works
Helping to manage groundworks and RC frame activities Requirements
Previous experience working for a residential developer
Strong knowledge of groundworks and RC frame construction
Prior experience operating at Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager level
Good communication and organisational skills
Relevant site qualifications (CSCS essential; SMSTS/First Aid beneficial) What's on Offer
