What You Will Do:
• Support the end-to-end supply of component parts for pre-production builds in manufacturing facilities both in the UK and overseas.
• Manage customer requirements, quotations, and orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Release & Follow-Up team to ensure seamless operations.
• Work closely with logistics partners to manage outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and programme requirements.
• Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers and creating metrics.
What You Will Bring:
• Previous experience in supply chain planning and logistics (project management would also be desirable).
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP and project management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work at pace.
