- Legal and regulatory compliance: Conducting research into relevant laws and regulations, monitor developments affecting the Group, preparing and maintaining compliance-related documentation, policies and procedures
- Property law: Gaining practical experience in property related legal matters, including assisting with leases, licences, acquisitions, disposals and general property management issues
- Employment law: Assisting with employment law matters such as contracts of employment, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, and providing support on day to day employment queries
- Legal research: Undertaking legal research and providing initial analysis to support the team in advising on various matters across the Group
- File management: Maintaining accurate, organised and up‑to‑date legal files, registers and records to ensure the efficient running of the legal department
- Participation in internal meetings: Attending meetings to understand commercial objectives, identify potential legal issues and support ongoing projects and operations
- Administrative support: Assisting with a range of administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of the legal team
