Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Compliance & Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations within a regulated environment.
Based in camberley
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 monday to friday with 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hour working week)
Salary DOE: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities

Compliance & GDP
-
Ensure all activities comply with GDP and wholesale distribution licence requirements

Follow SOPs and maintain accurate batch, expiry, and storage records

Monitor cold chain temperatures and report non-conformances
-
Maintain quarantine controls and inspection-ready standards

Goods In & Stock Control
-
Receive, inspect, and accurately book in deliveries
-
Store stock correctly, including temperature-sensitive and controlled drugs
-
Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits

Conduct regular stock checks
-
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
-
Pick, pack, and label orders accurately in line with GDP

Prepare temperature-controlled shipments where required

Arrange courier and pallet collections
-
Ensure compliant dispatch of controlled drugs

Health, Safety & Security
-
Follow H&S policies and report hazards

Maintain equipment and warehouse security standards

Administration & Support
-
Provide back-office support and liaise with sales and quality teams

Maintain training compliance and support ongoing regulatory requirements

Undertake additional duties as required
About You
-
Experience in a regulated warehouse environment (pharmaceutical experience desirable)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities
-
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
