Outgoing Customer Service & Telesales, Basingstoke
Managing outbound telesales activity to generate new client leads
Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers
Promoting driver recruitment solutions to prospective customers
Following up on warm leads and past enquiries to maximise opportunities
Understanding client requirements to match suitable services
Updating internal systems with accurate call and pipeline information
Meeting targets for calls, conversions, and revenue
Supporting wider commercial team activities when required
Profile
Outgoing Customer Service & Telesales, Basingstoke
Experience in telesales or telephone‑based sales
Confident communicator with strong customer‑facing skills
Target‑driven and motivated by achieving results
Resilient, positive, and able to handle high call volumes
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
Comfortable using CRM or recruitment systems
Able to build rapport quickly with decision makers
Knowledge of transport or recruitment sectors is beneficial
This is an office based role 8.30 to 5.30.
