Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operative to join a civil construction project in the Cheadle area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Operate plant and machinery, including Dumper and Roller equipment
Assist with general site duties and support the site team as required
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and contribute to smooth site operations
Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition
Requirements
Proven all-round construction site experience
Deep drainage expereince – Essential
CPCS/NPORS (CSCS): Dumper/Roller – Essential
Confined Spaces - Medium Risk – Essential
- Confined Spaces Entry Procedures
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
