We are delighted to be recruiting for a Debrief Clerk/Transport Administrators for a well-established company in the Leeds area.
This is a temp to permenant position.
The role you will involve liaising with drivers upon return to depot and dealing with day-to-day operations regarding vehicle records.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Debrief returning vehicles.
- Report any defects, damages, or safety issues.
- Communicate with Drivers regarding the daily runs and any issues that may occur.
- Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles
- Download returns sheets and some other admin duties.
- Update Daily statistics regarding the depot.
The ideal candidate will:
- Understand transport legislation and logistics operations is desirable.
- React to problems promptly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Competent use of Microsoft, particularly Excel.
- Be confident to challenge vehicle issues with our drivers.
Hours of work:
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
- Start/Finish time: 6am - 6pm
