Based at our offices in Haslingden, Lancashire, we are seeking to appoint a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to act as the primary point of contact for our customers across all aspects of service and customer care.
Role Overview:
Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care.

Responsibilities:

Preparing of quotations.

Processing orders.
-
Handling Customers queries.

Raising Credit notes.

Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.

Complete understanding of pricing.

Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and enquiries.

Basic Product Knowledge.
Requirements:

Be proficient with a range of Microsoft applications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good numeracy skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision

Ability to deal with all internal and external customers.

Attention to detail is essential.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
