We are seeking a confident, hands-on and highly organised professional to lead housekeeping operations within a large, fully staffed family home in Oxfordshire. The Role
This is a senior operational position combining hands-on housekeeping with team leadership and household coordination. You will work closely with the House Manager to ensure the property is consistently presented to an exceptional standard and always guest-ready
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (Includes weekend working on a rota basis)
Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating a small housekeeping team

Maintaining meticulous standards throughout a substantial family home

Quality control and presentation oversight

Hands-on housekeeping duties alongside the team

Preparing the property for both intimate family gatherings and larger-scale entertaining
About You

Experienced within a large private household

A natural leader with strong organisational skills

Hands-on, detail-driven, and proactive

Discreet, professional, and comfortable working within a private family setting

Flexible and willing to work weekends on rotation

In possession of a full UK driving licence

Comfortable working around several small to medium-sized dogs
What’s On Offer
