Role Summary
The main purpose of this role is to provide essential administrative support to the Course Advice Team (CAT). The postholder will assist with the processing of leads, enrolments, and financial administration to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students and partners. This role handles the operational "back-office" tasks that allow the team to meet its conversion and income targets. The postholder will directly report to the Senior Course Adviser.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Assist in the initial processing and distribution of incoming leads and Resource Distribution: Coordinate the sending of course samples and support B2B mailouts for specialisms and student enquiries.

Enrolment Support: Process standard enrolments, including PET (Prison Education Trust) applications, and ensure Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs) are recorded accurately.

Financial Admin: Create and send invoices to sponsors and students, and assist in chasing in-house payments to ensure accounts are up to date.

Communication: Provide primary phone cover for the Course Advice line and handle routine email in box responses

Reporting: Support the team during busy periods by compiling data for Enrolment and Conversion reports.
Knowledge/Experience required
Essential
● A minimum of two years experience in a customer service, sales/course advice and/or administrative role with an understanding of the importance of delivering high quality customer care
● Excellent IT skills
● Proactive and positive approach
● Confident to liaise at all levels and develop good working relationships ● Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
● Strong communication and written skills
● Good time management and prioritising skills
Desirable
● Knowledge of education from GCSE level upwards
● Analytical skills, able to present data
Working Arrangements
Hybrid Working: The employee will work one day per week office-based, with the remaining working days home-based.
12 month Fixed Term Contract (temp to perm): Part-time -21 hours per week
